Woolies Pie-dilla Dessert Hack

Ingredients - ⁠

- 1 sheet  frozen puff pastry thawed⁠
- 1 tbs  raspberry jam ⁠
- 1/4 cup  canned pie apple ⁠
- 1 tbs  pecans chopped⁠
- 1/4 cup  blueberries ⁠
- icing sugar  (to serve)⁠
- ice-cream  (to serve)⁠

Recipe - ⁠
 

- Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.⁠
- Cut pastry into a 20cm circle. Cut a slit from centre of circle to edge of pastry.⁠
- Place jam, pie apple, pecans and blueberries separately on four quarters of the pastry, leaving a 1.5cm border around edge. ⁠
- Starting at one cut edge, fold and enclose onto the adjoining quarter and continue until you have a closed triangular pocket. Place on tray. Crimp edge with fork to seal. ⁠
- Bake for 25 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Slice into four pieces. Dust with icing sugar and serve with ice-cream.⁠
