Sweet and crunchy, sugar snap peas can be eaten raw, in a snack or salad, and are also great in a stir fry.  Sugar snap peas are a good source of protein, folate, iron, zinc and vitamin C. Keep in a sealed reusable plastic bag in the fridge, or unsealed reusable plastic bag in the crisper.
