We discovered that the bold raspberries had to be balanced out by just the right amount of sweet strawberries. Then using a traditional sorbet recipe, we blended the berries together to create a light, refreshing dessert. You’ll be pleased to know these berry beauties are delivered to our factory whole so we can inspect their quality and ensure they’re at their flavour peak.
