This is a more complex Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend than typically seen. Bursting with gooseberry and citrus zest, it’s a fabulous food wine from the west and really shows its style when served alongside seafood.  Apple cider vongole with tomato toast   is especially tasty with this wine.
